Cherie and this blog

Most photos seen here have come from my cellphone camera. I use an LG VX8300 with a 1.3 megapixel camera at 1280 x 960 resolution. Nothing too fancy, but it does an excellent job and allows me to share my view on the world. Enjoy!

A quiet Sunday

Sunday, September 16, 2007

Ahh. I've got the day to myself. J and our son went to watch a football game so I'm here alone. In the peace and quiet. Too bad I have to work!

My wrist is finally normal again and now I'm able to catch up on work. So I'll be working on a site that I wasn't able to the last half of the week as well as painting the guest room. Nothing like painting to wipe you out. Especially when the outside temp is hovering around 100. Whew. AC is on but this particular room is the only one in the house to get the full afternoon sun so it gets wicked warm in there.

Our house is a disaster after J moved everything to the new charssi/Glutenada office. I guess I had more extra stuff on the shelving units then I thought I did. The house is being rearranged a bit now that we have the room so on top of the website work and painting the room, I also have to finish with the moving of items and restowing of things that are just floating through the house right now.

I have a deadline to get my Glutenada labels done. It's tomorrow. I've got 8 or 9 labels to do and only 3 are finished. So, I've also got to work on those.

And of course, once J is home tonight, I have to get over to the new office to set it up. Right now everything is just stacked in corners waiting for me. Joy oh joy. So, not only do I have the website work, painting the guest room, cleaning the house, working on my labels... I also get to enjoy some manual labor late tonight. Woot!

This on top of 3 hours sleep last night. Oh, today is going to be fun! But at least I have the house to myself. Ahhh...
