I love to write. Born with a vivid imagination, I’ve been a daydreamer and prone to fits of fancy and highly-imaginative short stories since childhood. Many were the days spent with my head floating in clouds, creating fantastical worlds in which I then placed the characters that were with me every step of the way. In the middle of each of these fairy tales was the heroine – me! I’ve been a servant girl wooed by the handsome prince. The orphan who ended up being the daughter of billionaires. A castaway who falls in love with the dashing pirate. Oh, I’ve lived quite the life. lol.

And then it occurred to me – this is a service that could benefit other businesses. A bit of fantasy or fun to add a unique sparkle to what could otherwise possibly be a boring read. Soapies Supplies has hired me to write a weekly chapter that details the history of their company. All in fun, of course!

In addition to writing for businesses, I enjoy writing children’s stories and am in the process of relaunching a project I started a number of years ago – The Adventures of Maggie Flounce, a weekly blog detailing the adventures of a precocious 11 year old. Poor Maggie is always in trouble and disaster seems to follow her every step. I originally started this as a fun read for my younger sisters and am rebooting it so their children and others can enjoy the exciting and magical world of Maggie, her family, and her friends.
